The Art and Science of Flow: Applying Professional Kanban

Use this training to boost your team's collaboration and alignment and see increased productivity and predictablity.

Course Summary

How often have you heard the advice – “don’t work harder, work smarter”? Did that advice ever come with effective strategies on how?

Now it does! The Art and Science of Flow, explores just that!

This four-day course will give you powerful and effective strategies that facilitate high performance, creativity, and a sustainable pace, and help you tap into the joy that comes from getting stuff done while continuously learning and improving.

Kanban is fast becoming the modern way to manage the flow of delivering customer value through creative collaboration. In today’s always-on environment, it offers a clear set of practices that provide just enough structure to keep everyone aligned and focused while removing barriers to your ability to deliver effectively, efficiently, predictably, and sustainably.

In this class, you will learn the basic principles of flow and collaborative flow state, and how to use them to improve and maximize your team’s effectiveness. With an emphasis on the practical application of concepts, this course includes many hands-on exercises and simulations to apply your learnings to design, actively manage and improve your ways of working. By applying Flow, Lean and Agile principles you will learn to optimize the delivery of value by optimizing flow.

This class prepares you for the ProKanban PK1 Certification. When you purchase the class with the certification option you will receive a code to take the certification exam and get two attempts at the test.

This is a live virtual course led by April Jefferson & Anjali Leon.
